The Focus Energy Solutions team work for many high profile customers including Universities, City Councils and Health Departments where we are engaged as consultants to audit BAS and HVAC systems, provide Independent Commissioning Services, BAS installation, service and maintenance.
Focus Energy also provide implementation of energy initiatives and the commissioning / recommissioning of items discovered through our audits during the defects liability periods for many of our customers.
This management process consists of technology and cost benefit analysis, strategic planning of the campus wide system to meet long and short term customer objectives.
Focus Energy are engaged to design, install and commission BAS for many projects, we also create project specifications, manage the tender evaluation process, contractor and system selection and management and liaison of contractors during the installation, commissioning, system handover and defects liability period.

Focus Energy Solutions works with building and facilities managers to understand and improve their existing building automation systems or to provide new or upgraded systems. We offer independent Energy and Building Automation; Management, Advisory and Strategy Improvements for upgrades, system changes and new projects.

Focus Energy Solutions’ engineers take a hands-on approach to their projects in terms of system selection, supplier interviews, review and selection processes, project management, installation, commissioning, service and documentation. We also focus on the area that often gets neglected; the process of final witnessing and defects management.
