Building H, Monash University, Caulfield Campus

Monash University Caulfield, Building H, built in 2002, is an 11 level teaching and office building. This was high on the list of energy users across all campuses so Focus Energy Solutions was engaged to review opportunities for improvement. New Horizons

Focus Energy Solutions was engaged as the Monash University Building Owners representative for this $175million joint venture building, targeting GBCA 5 star design and as built accreditation. The role of Independent Commissioning Agent incorporates verifying that the Commissioning carried out in the Design and Construction phase of the project will result in the best possible outcome for the University both in cost and energy performance. Building 75 on the Monash University Clayton campus is a large five storey building with a total internal floor area in excess of 12,000m² which was flagged for its high energy consumption. Focus Energy Solutions were engaged to investigate, report and implement improvements to the energy efficiency of this building.
